The short version
This website has no contact forms, no account sign-ups and no checkout. The way to reach us is by phone at (619) 927-0312, and that is where nearly all of the information we handle comes from.
We use what you tell us to dispatch a plumber, give you a price and follow up on the job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it out.
What we collect when you call
When you call, we ask for the details needed to send help. That usually means your name, the service address, a callback number and a description of the problem, such as a leak, a clog or a water heater that has stopped working.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want the call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start and ask to continue another way, or end the call.
Our phone system also logs technical call data, such as the time of the call, its length and the number it came from. This helps us see how the line is working and which hours are busiest.
What we collect when you visit the website
Like most websites, this one may record basic technical information when a page loads, such as your browser type, your device, the pages you view and the approximate area your connection comes from. We use that to see which pages help people and to keep the site working.
We may use cookies or similar tools for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still show you our phone number and every page.
How we use information
We use call details to dispatch a licensed and insured plumber to your address, to give you a clear price before work starts and to contact you about the visit. We also use them to review calls for quality, to train the people who answer them and to handle any question or complaint about a job.
We do not use your details to build a mailing list that we sell, and we do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
We share what is needed with the plumbing contractor who takes your job, so that they can find you, understand the problem and quote the work. Their licence status is something you can verify yourself at cslb.ca.gov.
We also work with service providers that help run the phone line and the website, such as call-handling and hosting services. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and job details for as long as we reasonably need them to complete the work, answer questions, meet legal or tax obligations and resolve disputes. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
Call recordings are kept for a shorter period than job records, and we review the retention period from time to time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor requests that the law requires us to honor.
To make a request, call (619) 927-0312 or email contact@expressplumbercoronado.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it, so we do not release information to the wrong person.
Security, children and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no phone line or website is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. Please do not give card numbers or other sensitive details to anyone who has not first told you who they work for.
Our services are for property owners and tenants, and this site is not meant for children under 13. If we change this policy, we will update this page, and the new version applies from the day it is posted.
